S14-1 immersed control system is combination of temperature limiter, automatic reset thermal cut-out and metal thermal-link.The system uses bimetallic disc as temperature sensing element.
It also has the automatic reset thermal cut-out.In case the kettle is over heat,the bimetallic disc will be out of shape and open the circuit through mechanism.In abnormal conditions,the metal thermal-link melts and the circuit will be cut off.Normally the metal thermal link is able to ensure the safe operation of the appliance.
